My gym being in central of City Hall couldn’t be easier to find – on street level and corner building next to Raffles hotel, just a few minutes walk from Esplanade and City Hall MRT Station.
Gym offers you state-of-the-art strength and cardio training equipment to support every kind of training regime, from HIIT , through to strength training and sports rehabilitation. The gym boasts an airy and welcoming open plan design with large windows which allow a rare opportunity to workout in natural daylight. Most importantly, it’s non-intimidating and very welcoming to beginners too!

Please Note
- Sessions can be conducted at your my gym, condo gyms, or your home/office.
- To get a specific quote, do contact me so that we can discuss on a suitable arrangement.
- Sessions are paid upfront before the first session commences and will be valid for 1 week for every session from the date of first session.
- I work on a scheduled appointment basis. Because your appointment time has been reserved especially for you, I require 12-hours notice when canceling an appointment. Given proper notice, you are free to reschedule with no charge.
