Fazlee began his journey toward fitness and performance training in 2000. He has worked with a diversity of clients with objectives ranging from general weight loss,improving overall health to improving sports performance. Fazlee, an athlete himself, understands the different periodisation phases of an athlete and therefore has successfully help them to improve sports performance by supplementing strength and conditioning exercises. Clients and Athletes benefit from his carefully-structured training, along with his positive attitude, enthusiasm, passion and commitment to helping others achieve their goals.

Fazlee has been a contributor in leading fitness magazines such as CLEO, SHAPE and RUN Singapore. He is also an avid triathlete who participates regularly in multi-sports,ranging from Sprint triathlons to Ironman races. He has achieved several podium positions and ranked from top 5-10% overall for other races. Fazlee believes that participation in such events gives him the motivation and ability to discover greater potential within himself.
